Introduction to our microgreens
Our microgreens are produced in our clean vertical farm where we control the environment. We select the best non genetically modified (non GM) seeds from all over the world.

Microgreens are young and tasty vegetables that fall between what you know as sprouts and baby leaf vegetables often called salad leaves. Microgreens have an intense flavour and have a high concentration of nutrients. They come in a wide variety of colours, tastes and textures. They are real vegetables just grown in miniature allowing them to be rich in healthy minerals whilst packing a real nutrient punch. When we look at vegetables, we all remember our parents telling us to eat up our veggies as they are good for us, well microgreens contain much higher levels of healthy nutrients than the full sized vegetable equivalent. Microgreens are also a great source of beneficial plant compounds like antioxidants.
So to improve your health, add a balance to your diet see our selection of microgreens to add a higher vitamin, mineral and antioxidant content without having to eat large portions of full sized vegetables.
